Yacht A is decorated with extraordinary luxury, including $40,000 bathroom handles and touchscreen controls. The master bedroom is secured by a fingerprint scanner for added privacy.
Designed by Philippe Starck in collaboration with Martin Francis, Yacht A was built by Blohm + Voss at Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft in Kiel, Germany. Construction began with a contract in November 2004, and the yacht was launched in 2008 at an estimated cost of $300 million.
